• For customer who are interested of this kitchen hood installation services, please take note that we can install kitchen hood that customer purchase from our and other shops. (ELBA)

• Our kitchen hood installation service arrangement time is around 9 AM – 5 PM daily.

For condominium areas, the arrangement time may change without prior notice. Customer have to comply with the condominium management rules. If your order has been shipped automatically… rest assured, we do this just to comply with the Ship On Time (SOT) rule on the internet platform, and the installation work will still be committed within the given period.

• Please take note, this installation service does not include any addlitional item. (For example Ducting Installation,Cap Installation,Coring Hole,Gas Stove). We only able to install the kitchen hood installation services.

• We will confirm the installation schedule within 4 working days after we have received your order. Please take note that for orders placed during the campaign period, the waiting period is longer. Our installer will schedule the appointment within 14 working days once confirm order.

• Fees for installation service after installation are strictly prohibited for return and refund.

• Please PM the address before order check out, we will check if it matches.

• Included Services: The purchase price of the item includes standard installation services and the necessary plug components required for the item’s operation.

• Excluded Items: Cutting Table Hole,Pipes Any other accessories or add-ons not explicitly mentioned as included
