If you wish to cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse, please submit a cancellation request by emailing us at admin@iqlighting.com.my.
You must request cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed via online bank transfer within 7 working days.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
Returns are only applicable in these situations:
Failed delivery
Wrong item delivered
Item received is damaged during delivery
To be eligible for return:
Only items purchased directly from IQ Lighting Online Store (admin@iqlighting.com.my) are eligible.
Products purchased through other platforms or retailers must follow the respective store’s return policy.
Goods are eligible for return if one of the following conditions applies:
Incorrect Item:
Wrong product delivered, wrong size, wrong color, or missing items.
Damaged Item:
Product is found damaged upon delivery, or appears tampered, refurbished, or modified.
Returned items must meet all the following requirements:
Item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days from the date received (courier receipt required as proof).
You must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
Items must be in new, unused condition, returned with original packaging and any free gifts received.
Packaging must not be torn, defaced, or damaged.
Items must be packed securely in the original box or protective packaging to prevent damage during return delivery.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are not allowed except for approved cancellations within the first 4 hours after purchase or valid return cases stated above.
For approved refunds:
Refunds will be made via online bank transfer to your bank account
Processing time: within 7 working days after the returned goods are received and verified
We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet our policy requirements or are deemed unreasonable.
